Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order which has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on hello@kpnamboodiris.com or call us on +91 89434 60000 within 24 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged payment gateway charges, and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.
Terms & Conditions - Combo Products
1. Combo Purpose
Combo packs (eg., Oral Combo, Personal Care Combo, etc.) are created for customer convenience and value pricing. Each product within the combo is an individual SKU of the brand.
2. Product Authenticity
All items included in the combo are regular products of the brand and are not specially manufactured or modified for combo sales.
3. Pricing Benefit
Combo pricing may offer a promotional or bundled discount compared to purchasing products individually. Discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Availability
Combo contents are subject to stock availability. In cases, if a specific product is unavailable, the K P Namboodiri’s reserves the right to:
- Replace it with a similar product of equal value, or
- Cancel and refund the order as per policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
- We recommend returning combo products as a complete set. If you face any issue with an individual product within the combo, please reach out to our customer care team. We are committed to reviewing your concern and offering a fair resolution in line with our return policy.
- Standard return/refund policy of the website applies.
6. Damage or Transit Issues
Any damage, leakage, or transit-related issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with proper images for resolution.
7. No Customization
Products inside a combo cannot be interchanged or customized unless explicitly stated.
